Welcome to Zambezian Guide Travel & Tours. By booking with us or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure clarity, transparency, and a safe travel experience for all our guests.

1. Bookings & Reservations

• All bookings must be confirmed in writing via email or through our official booking platform.

• A deposit may be required to secure your reservation, with the balance due prior to travel.

• Bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once full or partial payment has been received.

2. Payments

• Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed methods.

• Any additional bank or transaction charges are the responsibility of the client.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the following conditions:

  • More than 30 days before travel: refund minus administrative fees.

  • 15–30 days before travel: up to 50% cancellation fee.

  • Less than 14 days before travel: up to 100% cancellation fee.

• Refunds will be processed in the original payment method where possible.

4. Changes to Itineraries

• While we strive to deliver services as booked, Zambezian Guide Travel & Tours reserves the right to adjust itineraries, accommodations, or activities due to weather, park regulations, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control.

• Any changes will be communicated promptly, and we will always provide alternatives of equal value where possible.

5. Travel Documents & Insurance

• It is the responsibility of each traveler to ensure they have valid passports, visas, health documents, and any other required travel permits.

• Comprehensive travel insurance (covering medical, cancellation, and personal belongings) is strongly recommended.

6. Health & Safety

• Travelers must inform us of any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or special needs at the time of booking.

• Participation in certain activities may be subject to physical requirements and safety guidelines.

• Zambezian Guide Travel & Tours is not liable for injuries, illness, or accidents occurring during the trip, unless caused by proven negligence.

7. Liability

• We act as an agent for hotels, lodges, transport companies, activity providers, and other service suppliers. While we carefully select our partners, we cannot be held responsible for acts, omissions, or negligence of third parties.

• Zambezian Guide Travel & Tours is not liable for losses, damages, delays, or expenses resulting from natural disasters, strikes, accidents, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

8. Code of Conduct

• Guests are expected to respect local customs, wildlife, and fellow travelers.

• Unruly, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior may result in termination of services without refund.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

• Personal information collected during the booking process will only be used for travel arrangements and communication.
